Return Policy

At NKHL, we stand by our pieces but if you need to make a return, we’ve got you.

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  

• Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and the original tag must still be attached.
  

• Packaging: Send it back with all original packaging and accessories.
  

• Process: Contact our support team to start your return, and we’ll guide you through dropping it off with Leopards Courier.
  

• Exchanges/Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund based on your preference.
  

No tag, no return. No exceptions.
